Refund Policy
SNAP TEXTILES accepts refund requests only for eligible cases such as damaged product, defective item, incorrect product received, duplicate payment, or order not delivered.
Refund requests should be raised within 3 days of delivery with order details and supporting photos where applicable. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source.
Once approved, the refund is generally processed within 7 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.
